All individuals working in the data center, whether employees or external individuals, must follow all safety guidelines involving fire safety, environmental controls and equipment usage.

No work can be performed upon a critical production system without prior authorization using an approval chain such as a change request or production work order. Details of the work should be reviewed and agreed upon before approval to proceed is given.
